were subsequently attended. After several minutes of crossÂ
examination to both parties, the deputies allowed the subpoena
to be served while they looked on. Mr. Kotora has not as yet
chosen to file suit for assault and battery against the former
church members.
Only time will tell whether Mrs. Timmons will obey the law and
show up to answer questions about her part in the lawsuit against
the Church. Others have shown a severe case of reluctance to
answer questions, but have shown no reluctance whatsoever to
throw around vicious lies and rumors. Mr. Kotora and Mr. Dean,
when asked whether they thought Mrs. Timmons would appear said,
"We're not holding our breath."
