they denounce the supposedly callous
abortion Jaws which prcvent thc child
being put out of its misery by
exe–
mtion before birth!
They do not seem
aware that they may possibly have been
responsible for the misery themselves.
There is only one sort of "igno–
rarnus" who can count on
no kiiJ(/neu
/IJhatever
from these ardent new revolu–
tionaries: the "ordinary man" who,
though he may not be perfect himse lf,
feels in his heart that certain things -
whether drug taking or abortion-for–
convenience - are wrong.
Against him the revolutionary army
brings
up
all its most shattering weap–
ons. A bombardment of
TV
plays repre–
sents him as a hard-faced moron. He is
sprayed with half-facts and cracked
logic.
If
these assaults fail, the revolution–
aries try a new tactic.
They p retend that the ordinary man
simply isn't there. Thus a newspaper
columnist asked: "Why do we allow a
bitter, confused minority to stand in the
way?"
Now, can you possibly beat that? Bit–
ter! Confused! Yet who, in fact, makes
up this "sinister minority"? Why, the
rnajority of men and women in the
country and certainly most of the read–
ers of that very newspaper!
Face the RESULTS
Permissive teachers need to be made
to look squarely at the
RESULTS
of their
teachings. They need to comprehend
that the very foundations of our
English-speaking world are crumbling,
at Jeast partly due to their ideologies.
The stark lesson is that national
weakness. in the face of threat only
invites
more aggression.
Socialist experi–
ments and welfare-stateism breed a Jack
of character and purpose that wrecks
the fiber of a people, and drains the
national resources to the point of pity.
The lesson should be clear to those
that advocate "freedom" for fi lth, smut,
rebellion and a general climate of
per–
missiveness.
AU these are
diret'l ¡tep–

Let's UNDERST

What should
yo11
do about this
ominous trend?
For one thing,
et!Ncate )OIIrself
about
it cvcn further. Understand not just thc
promises, but thc
END
RESULTS
of it.
Makc sure that your children or loved
ones are not misled by empty platitudes
or perverted psychology. Make sure that
your young are
trained
and
diiciptined
in a firm yet loving manner to respect
you, their parent, to respect law and
order and the rights and privileges of
others. Teach them to respect the
authority of schools, teachers, govern–
ment officials, their nation and their
flag.
Hurry and teach them this while we
still
have
a nation and a flag!
If
you
have not already done so, write imme–
diately for our vital and interest-packed
bookle t

It is absolutely free.

WHY
America and Britain are in
trouble and are hated around the world,
write for our gripping book,
The

too, will be
sent to you absolutely free by return

Then,
be
willing to ask yourself
about the biggcst "key" to solving the
p roblem of permissiveness and immo–
rality:
"Does a
ret~L
GOD exiit?"
What does that have to do with it?
EVERYTHING.
Because if there is no God, then each
47
man's
opinion
is just that - an opio–
ion. All the wr itings of the great theo–
logians, philosophers, psychologists and
thinkers are reduced to the same common
denominator -
hmmm opinion.
And the
opiniom
of fallible human
beings have
AL\X' AYS
tended to con–
tradict, criticize or confute one another.
Without a real God, everyone is free
to think or say:
"1
lcre's the way
I
look
at it !" And no one can be sure other–
wise, can truly speak with authority, or
refer to a recognizcd
bt~sis
of Truth. For
without a living God, there
IS

basis,
there
is
110
certain tmth.
If
you baven't yet proved whether
God
IS,
then you need to write imme–
diatcly for our booklet,
Does God
Exist?
Be willing to prove for yourself
whethcr or not a God exists. Men have
lost all deep respect for law and decent
principies, because they are confused
about the very
som·ce
of
ALL
Jaw and
autho ri ty! Yet, your Bible claims:
"There is
one
lawgiver, who is able to
save and to destroy" (James
4: 12).
Who
IS
that Jawgiver?
One of the world's foremost educa–
toes, before his dcath, warncd a group
of military leaders of this very problem.
He was
Dr.
Rufus von KleinSmid, for–
mer Chancellor of the University of
Southern California. He stated:

have
no quarrel with the present emphasis
placed on science, but today we are pay–
ing for support

schools which act
from September 1 to }une 30
as if the1·e

Dr. Von KleinSmid
notcd the
"absenre nf moral t ·alttd'
in
our youth resulting from this attitudc.
Wise King Solomon advised: "The
fear
of the Lord is the beginning of
knowledge" (Prov.
l
:7). This
fet~,·
didn't mean a personal drcad, but a
deep
respect
and
ret•erem·e
for thc great
office and authority of God - for His
divine power, wisdom and !ove.
Yct, in nearly all present-day reli–
gious denominations, the tendency is to
try to "modernize" and "democratize"
God, to do aw''Y with the idea that a
