very solemn man. and being the
chief executive handling al! the
troubles of a modern IsraeL he has
reason to be serious. But he met me
and our party with a warm and cor–
dia l smile.
"Mr. Prime Minister." I said. "I'm
so rry it's been such a long time be–
fore I've had an opportunity to meel
you. but il is indeed a pleasure and
an honor."
''Well, Mr. Armslrong." he smiled
in return , " it's just happened that

your
country or Europe
or sorne other place every time
you've been here since

became
prime minister. But of course I
know a great dea l about you. and
we a l! do deeply appreciale your
interest in Israel."
Th e entire meeting, lasting per–
ha ps 45 minutes, was warm and
fri endly. We spoke about the two jet
planes that have more or less "com–
muted' ' between J e rusa lem and
Cairo. and he was candid in telling
us of Secretary Kissinger's peace ac–
complishments. He was very appre–
cia ti ve of my efforts toward WORLD
.PEACE, especially in bringing nat ions
like Japan and Israel closer toge ther
- also Kenya and Israel - and my
friendships with Arab chiefs of
tate. and efforts toward a better ap–
proach to harmony and understand–
ing between them a nd Israel.
Actually there has been a slight
lessening of ten s ions between
sorne of my Arab friends - heads
of governments - and Israel. And
through tbe AICF we are support–
ing the ICCY (Interna tional Cul–
tural Center for Youth), directed by
Min is ter of Tourism Moshe Kol,
which is bringing about a new and
frie ndly relationship between Israe lí
and Arab youth, especially in Jeru–
salem.

My own experience has rein–
forced my conviction that sexual in–

the unin hibited honesty of young

formulated in the minds or young

newed the face of th e earth" (Psalm
104:30) and then created man. Since
the angels FAILED to improve and
develop this earth, they were dis–
qu alified from developing and im–
proving the rest of the universe. and
God has crea ted MAN after God's
own image and likeness - form and
shape - to be developed into God's
own perfect, holy CHARACTER. And
what evidently was the original pos–
