T HIS STARTLING proclama-

Thia intention of the State to

pub lic.
The Church has dedicated all

a
doinc this to preserve its own
freedom to pmclaim the gO&pel
and on behalf of all churches and
individuals believing in the prin

and separation of church and
state.
The cucumstances givinc rise
to what the Church attorneys de
nounce as a confiscatory pmcla
