Church Administration. Coming in to assist me in the office will be Mr.
Joe Tkach, Jr., currently serving as an elder in Phoenix, Arizona. Joe is
a 1973 graduate of Ambassador College, Pasadena, with several years of
experience in the field as well as at Headquarters. He and his wife Tammy

should be arriving in Pasadena in early Sep­
tember.
I
know Mr. Tkach will appreciate having them here and those of us
in Church Administration are looking forward to working with Mr. Tkach Jr.

Members should not go to the Feast without sufficient
funds, expecting assistance at the Festival site.
Only limited funds for genuine emergencies will be
available at the Festival locations, and then only
with the local pastor's recommendation.
