Your article entitled "The
Role of Television in the
Decline of U.S. Prestige" was
superb.
lt
told me sorne very

television in foreign countries
giving a distorted idea of what

Being an insurance broker,

... As for your Bible
Course, well
1
don't th ink that
would be for me, as

your magazine is very fair

1
enjoy your magazine,

readers to enroll in the Bible
Course.
1
personally appreciate
the Y(ay the course is
compiled. The course is simple
and straightforward and it's
the most up-to-date and
realistic Bible study. Also, it
relates the prophecies of God
to the happenings of the
present age.

Czechoslovakia
People reading the article
on life in Czechoslovakia get a
wrong impression of the nation
under communism.
People do not wait in
queues for simple purchases
just because of a bureaucratic
distribution system but
because of the whole economic
and social system; the working
morale is low and the
productivity is low. A very
high proportion of national
product in communist
countries (higher than in the
West) is spent on the
production of arms.
The writer mentioned that
Czechoslovakia was
"liberated" from the Nazis by
the Soviet Army. However, it
should have been mentioned
that in May 1945 units of
Patton's army reached the
outskirts of Prague but had to
withdraw since Stalin insisted
that the Red Army must enter
Prague first!
