is a CAUSE for every EFFECT- yet
our whole society and way of life
today is based on treating the
effect,
IGNORING the CAUSE! Our
people do it in treating sickness and
disease. They do it in dealing with
crime. They do it in WORKING FOR
PEACE!
Wo rking for Peace
Everybody
wants
PEACE- or at
least, so we profess! We WORK for
peace! The pope pleads for PEACE!
Prime ministers strive for PEACE!
Yet
there is no peace!
WHY?
The very NEWS of all this ..work–
ing for peace" was reported millen–
niums ago in biblical prophecy!
But, it was also reported, "The
WAY OF PEACE
they know not
... "
(Isa.
59:8).
So, the nations and world leaders
CRY for "peace"- work for
"peace," while they endorse, sanc–
tion and continue
the way
ojWAR!
They follow
the way
that is the
CAUSE of WAR, trying tO STOP war
by dealing with the
effect,
ignoring
the CAUSE!
The world today is a good deal
like the dope addict, who finds he is
" hooked," and can't "kick it" off
on the one hand- and, on the
other, he is forced to keep gradual–
ly
increasing
the dosage to just
hold bis own.
It
becomes very cost–
ly, and most dope addicts resort to
steal ing,
crime- anything
to get
their hands on enough money to
keep up their growing, escalating,
ever more-costly habit.
lsn't it about time we come to

allow

vent it. So WHY doesn't he?
Certainly God could stop it–
and in fact, soon wiU!
But why not millenniums ago?

son! A PURPOSE is being worked
out here below. Man was put here
on earth for the development of
right CHARACTER. That PURPOSE
requires free moral agency in man.
It is necessary that man be given
both the prerogative and the abil ity
to
make his own decision!
Other–
wise be would be an automaton–
no cbaracter.
Tbere is AwAY that will produce
peace-a
way
to happiness, abun–
dant well-being-and with it, God
will
give
eterna! life!
Wbat is that
way?
Tbe Eterna!
Creator set in motion not only the
laws of physics and chemistry- laws
like gravity and inertia-but also a
spiritual
Law that is THE wA
Y
to all
these wanted blessings. lt's a simple
matter of CAUSE and EFFECT! That
Law is
the way
of LOVE. And love is
