has been planted in the minds of the
psychologisls. profe sors. wrilers.
publishers. women's Lib crusaders.
and others by trained communisl
propagandist s ca n only be esti–
mated.

This is a war which is being vigor–
ou ly and fanatically waged. Eve ry
subtle method is being employed to
capture t,he minds of those of pre–
marriage age.
Today virtually every college and
university in th e United States of–
fcrs numerous courses in psychology
and sociology. And almost withoul
exceptions. these courses make re–
quired reading books and anides
that picture marriage as now out–
dated and soon to become a relic of
the past.
They represen! that both men and
women want va riety in sex and
other social rela tionships. Thcy ridi–
cule as a worn-out. old-fashioned
idea the belief that one should con–
fine a ll intimate relations to one per-
on.
Some. especi al!y ome women·s
lib enthusiasts and propagandists.
represent that marriage reprcsses
and degrades women. One's only
commitment. omc contend. ought
to be only to
no
commitment. "Why
should we need a piece of paper - a
marriage license - to link our
li ves?'' some ask.
One book. required reading at
sorne one hundred campuses in the
United Stales. has
a
chapter on
ma te swapping, including the state–
ment : "The fami ly that swings to–
get her clings together." The book
repre ents mate swapping as
a
bene–
ficia

ex perience.
A few years ago. the pioneers in
applying methods of scientific re–
sea rch to the subject of sex. Masters
and Johnson. he ld a sympos ium in
Chicago with sorne six or seven
co uples who free ly admitted to
"swinging" as a regular expe ri ence
at certa in chosen interva ls. They ex–
changed their philosophies on the
subject, probed by questions from
Dr. Masters and Mrs. Johnson (ac–
tually Mrs. Masters). Masters and
Johnson checked five yea rs la ter and
found only one of the couples was
st ill married.
But now what about existing mar–
riages, home and family life? These
have given great encouragemen l to
the conspiracy aga inst marriage and
the family.
