of diet, but l'm sure 1 have been more
careful aboul the food 1 eat than most
people. Traveling almost .constanlly
tbese days, 1 am careful to eat only in
Uíe best hotels and restaurants, and l do
not sample the strange foods of olher
nations, but stay on the plain and simple
die! l've accustomed myself to !bese 48
years.

sleep and exercise (altbough 1 haven'l

recently), and to gel plenty of fresh air
and water.
