promised never to do it
again! Therefore, I would

give him another chance!

Junkies don't
get leniency
in MY Court!
Well, I can under­
stand that! These
things take time!
heat or making
needed repairs in
several apmrtment
buildings he owns!

was ordered to do
these things over
SIX MONTHS AGO!
No ... because
when I'm wear­
ing it, every·
body has to do
what I say­
even my wife!

Joe, people don't seem to realize how
difficult it is being a landlord today!
I happen to own a few tenements-uh­
\ mean, apartment houses-myse\1, and
all I get from tenants is complaints!
But just because l'M a property own·
er doesn't mean that I'm prejudiced!
