I know why you don't ask for money. It is because you are doing
the Work of God and He has provided the means by which to finance
your program. I know that you are the only Church which teaches
the truth of the Bible.
(Hawaii)
I am writing to thank you for the many booklets I have received.
And "The Plain Truth" and "The Good News" are the greatest
magazines I have ever read. I am learning so many things from the
Bible now that I never understood before. I understand now why it
costs me nothing for this.
Through your organization God is
showing love to me. And love is one thing no one can buy.

I was very impressed that money has never been mentioned in
anything I've ever received from you.
I didn't think there was
anyone left in the world like that.
As soon as I get back to
work, I'll do all I can to help you in what you're doing.
(Oklahoma)
I am very impressed that you do not constantly harp about money.
I feel that you are doing God's Work as He wants it done.
Therefore, I am going to start sending a regular donation.

EC's Growing Impression on Europe
The past two "On the World Scene"
columns have highlighted the growing power and influence of the
European Community, which is extending into every facet of society.
Some observers, mainly in Britain, as we have noted, are becoming quite
alarmed at this process. For example, William Cash, the Conservative
Member of Parliament for Stafford and a member of the Select Committee
on European Legislation, wrote the following piece in the June 16 TIMES
of London, titled "arding Off the EEC Steamroller":
