Also except. as otherwise provided in the order,
with reference to Messrs. Armstrong and Rader, the receiver
is authorized to suspend or terminate any employee, officer
or agent of the church in his sole discretion as he deems
necessary. That will be subject, however, to any contractual
employment rights which the suspended or terminated employee
or party may have.
And ha shall also have the right to direct that
any such officer or employee or agent not be permitted access
to the grounds or facilities of the church from and after
the date of that tennination or suspension.
Now it is not the purpoae of this court nor the
intention of this court to allow the receiver to interfere
in eny way with ecclesiastical functions of the church, as
distinguished fran the college or the foundation, and the
receiver is
ordered not to do so.
