Camping at Big Sandy Feast Site (PLEASE ANNOUNCE)

Anyone wishing to camp at the Big Sandy feast site who has not yet turned in
an application should do so immediately. Those transferring to Big Sandy
should mail their applications to: Worldwide Church of God, P.O. Box 866,
Big Sandy, Texas 75755, Attention: Mr. James Duke.
Campsites must be assigned prior to the Feast, not upon arrival. All booths
have been assigned: no more are available. Camping forms are available from
your local Feast Advisor.
Impact of Y.E.S. on Hall Rental
In the near future all church pastors worldwide will be receiving the Y.O.U.
Manual and in September the youth will begin receiving the first Y.E.S. les­
sons. The Y.O.U. Manual has instructions on conducting monthly evaluation
meetings to review the Y.E.S. assignments for each level.
Before these instructions reach you, we felt it would be best to discuss the
topic of sabbath hall rental as it relates to the Y.E.S. evaluation meet­
ings. It is intended that these meetings will not require any additional
hall rental. Since by policy they cannot be held during services, these
meetings could be held in the main meeting hall either before or after serv­
ices and thus not require the renting of additional rooms.
